“Do I need to pay tax on my order?”
Sales tax is applied to orders based on your location and local tax laws.

“Does Woomer offer free shipping?”
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount. Please check our shipping policy for more details.
“Which shipping carriers do we use?”
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
“When & Where will my order ship?”
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out shortly after. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
“How can I track my order?”
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
“Can I expedite my shipping?”
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. You can choose from express or next-day delivery depending on your urgency.
“What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?”
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
“What should I do if I miss my delivery?”
If you miss your delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery or where to pick up your package.
RETURN & WARRANTY
“What are your return policies?”
30-Day Free Trial & Return
We are pleased to offer free returns for 30-day trial items shipped within the continental United States. You may return products within 30 days from the date of receipt, under the conditions as received.
Please initiate the return by contacting us at service@woomer.com or using the contact form below. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and will be completed within 10 business days from the time the return is processed.
For orders outside of the continental US, Woomer does not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once the item is shipped.
5-Year Satisfaction Warranty
We proudly offer a 5-year satisfaction warranty. Following the 30-day trial, you may return most products within 5 years of purchase, provided they are clean, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

After the 30-day trial, a processing fee of $9.95 applies for returns. Woomer does not cover return shipping for orders outside the United States, please use your preferred carrier and provide the tracking number once shipped.
To qualify for a return, products must be clean, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
“How do I start a return?”
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@woomer.com, providing your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Please expect your bank to process the refund within 7-21 business days after we have received the returned items.
“What is your exchange policy?”
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.
“Do I need to pay for return shipping?”
Return shipping costs are covered by Woomer if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
“Is there price matching for orders placed before a sale?”
We strive to ensure our customers always receive the best deal. We offer price adjustments for orders placed up to 30 days before an active promotion begins, subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Note that promotions cannot be combined.
“How do returns affect my Woomer Rewards?”
If you return an item, the points or rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Woomer Rewards account.
“What warranty does Woomer provide on products?”
We offer a 5-year warranty on all our electric blankets, covering any manufacturing defects or material faults.
