At Woomer, we want to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product. To make this process as easy and stress-free as possible, we’ve created a more flexible refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

30-Day Return and Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s), even if they have been used. We only ask that you retain the original packaging so that we can process your return or exchange request smoothly.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return or exchange. Please keep your order confirmation email or any related documentation handy for quick service.

Exchange Service: If you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can request an exchange within 30 days. We will replace it with the same or equivalent product, ensuring that you have a product that meets your needs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Contact Customer Support: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at service@woomer.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Receive Return/Exchange Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return or Exchange Authorization number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Ship the Item(s) Back: Follow the instructions to ship the item(s) back to us. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to make the return process as easy as possible.

Refund Processing:

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will promptly process your refund or exchange request. As long as the item is in its original packaging and meets our simple requirements, your refund or exchange will be quickly approved.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us at service@woomer.com, and we will assist you.

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we will process your cancellation request as a standard return. Please contact service@woomer.com as soon as possible to handle cancellations.
